Will I be able to see the design of my custom order before it is mailed?
Yes! After you place a custom order, keep an eye out for an email! Within the next 3 business days, we will send you a proof of your design and you have the opportunity to request changes. After you accept the proof, the watermark is removed and your products are finalized!
What if I don't love my custom design?
Don't feel bad! Shoot us an email or give us a call and we will work with you to revise your design. Don't worry, we offer unlimited proofs!
How do I care for my stickers & magnets?
Before you get ready to apply your magnet or sticker, make sure to clean the surface. You can simply use some soap & water or a disinfectant wipe. Please allow the surface to dry. This will extend the life of your product.
Since our stickers are waterproof & dishwasher proof, feel free to give them a wash. As for our magnets, you can wipe the surface with a wet cloth. If you are using them outside, be sure to clean the surface underneath frequently.
What if I want to place a custom order?
Once you place an order online, we'll get started on designing your order! If you have any special requests, be sure to include them when ordering. Since the extent of detail in each custom design may vary, this could lengthen the amount of time it takes for us to finish your order. We want your experience to be stress-free, so if you have a particular deadline please let us know.
